PCQ started as a manufacturer of salon furniture in 1991. In 2000, PCQ ventured into the retailing of hair and beauty products, equipment and accessories to complement the manufacturing of salon furniture.

With years’ of good services to its customers, PCQ has gained a solid reputation in the Malaysian market as a professional hair & beauty products specialist. Today, the name PCQ is synonymous with good quality, value-for-money hair & beauty products. The company continuous to strives to provide products that are value for money and to deliver products and services that offer total peace of mind to its customers. In addition to the saloon furniture manufacturing plant, PCQ has 9 retail outlets in Malaysia. This combination of manufacturing and marketing has synergized PCQ’s business leading to higher operational efficiency and helps PCQ to deliver products and services that go beyond customer expectations. Operational efficiency has been given a boost by PCQ’s smart utilization of human resources.

One of PCQ’s outlets located at Sungei Wang Plaza, Kuala Lumpur. The outlet carries the Corporate Color concept with the use of bright orange, soothing yellow and pure white, to be in line with the company’s Corporate Identity. The outlet is designed to give customers a pleasant servicescape for a pleasant experience with the company.

The colors were chosen to give the following “values” to customers and everyone in the premise:

  • Orange to signify “optimism and rejuvenated spirits”
  • Yellow to express “happiness, cheerfulness and fun”
  • White to convey the theme of “perfection”

This is PCQ’s latest refurbished outlet in SS2, Petaling Jaya. The outlet has a color scheme consistent with the Corporate Identity which is bright orange, soothing yellow and pure white.
